1.Printed Visa Application Form: Original and signed

2.Passport: Issued within the last 10 years, at least 2 subsequent blank pages, and valid for 3 months post-trip.

3.UK Residence Permit: Valid for at least one month after the end date of the trip.

• One photocopy of the BRP (front and back) or endorsement.
