2- Required Documents for Touristic and Business Visa Applicants for Poland

Required Documents for Tourist Visa:

• Completed Schengen Visa Application Form
  • Register at www.e-konsulat.gov.pl to print out the application form.
• Passport
  • Valid for at least three months beyond intended departure from Poland or Schengen, at least two blank pages, and issued within the last 10 years.
• UK Residence Permit
  • Valid for at least three months beyond visa expiry date. If you don’t have one, you must apply in your country of origin.
• Biometric Photograph
  • One photo (3.5 x 4.5) with a white background.
• Confirmed Accommodation
  • Booking for the entire stay in Poland/Schengen.
• Employment/Student Status Letter
  • Recent letter from your employer, school, or university.
• Proof of Financial Means
  • Bank statements, traveler’s cheque, or prepaid travel card. Cash and credit cards are not accepted.
• Travel Medical Insurance
  • Coverage of at least EUR 30,000 and valid throughout the Schengen countries.
