  • Information on monthly limit or spending cap.
  1. Confirmed Travel Tickets: Return tickets showing travel to and from the Schengen Area.
  2. Accommodation: Confirmed hotel bookings or tour operator documents.
  3. Travel Health Insurance: At least €30,000 coverage, valid for all Schengen states.

 

  1. Employment/Status Letter:
  • Employees: Recent employment letter or recent pay slips.
  • Self-Employed: Recent letter confirming self-employment or business ownership.
  • Students: Recent letter from educational institution.
  • Unemployed/Retired: Proof of benefits or pension.
  1. Proof of UK Address: Latest utility bill, bank statement, etc.
  2. If Sponsored:
  • Marriage/birth certificate, sponsor’s passport, proof of funds, proof of occupation, and signed confirmation of support.
  1. For Minors:
  • Separate application form, signatures from all guardians, original birth certificate, passports of both parents, and UK school certificate if applicable.

Business Visa:

In addition to the Tourist Visa requirements, a formal invitation from a German business partner is required, confirming the type of business relationship, purpose, and duration of the trip.
